Administrative Information

Dr. Colibazzi is not part of any insurance network. This allows Dr. Colibazzi to focus entirely on patient care. Another advantage of this arrangement is that treatment decisions are between you and Dr. Colibazzi and are not dictated by the insurance company.

Dr. Colibazzi will provide you with invoices you can submit to the insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement.

Dr. Colibazzi schedules 30-minute or 45-minute appointments for each patient. Initial consultations are 1½ hours and they involve an in-depth and comprehensive assessment of each case that also includes a review of medical and psychiatric records, if available.
